Alastair Ong, Esq. has the unique experience of starting his career as a litigator and then switching over to corporate law. As a litigator, he was an associate at the largest insurance law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker. There, he practiced strict products liability defense law for companies such as Yamaha (motorcycle, snowmobile and wave runner strict products liability litigation), Ryobi (lawnmower and power tool strict products liability) and other product manufacturers. He is published in the Tort and Insurance Law Journal and as an attorney has taken multiple cases to verdict and appeal. As a corporate attorney, he practiced structured finance at the law firm of Brown and Wood, LLP, which was eventually merged with Sidley Austin, one of the top five law firms in the world. His clients ranged from investment banks, companies, rating agencies, wrap insurers and servicers. As an associate, he was tasked with closing over $2 billion in transactions per month with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Alastair graduated from Fordham Law School and was the Articles Editor with the Fordham Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Society.

Felix Shneiderovsky has been a litigator for over 20 years, practicing primarily negligence law. He has represented thousands of clients in auto accidents, slip and falls, although his roster of high profile corporate litigation clients is growing in matters ranging from breach of contract, interference with business contacts and fraud. Felix now represents a large corporate client in a number of corporate affairs, including counseling on matters such as corporate governance, entity formation. Felix graduated from St. John’s Law School.
